Service Description
AgroMath is a controlled Abuja pilot that helps foodstuff sellers and buyers coordinate orders, payment, pickup or seller delivery, and handover. Participants may browse, buy, and sell foodstuff through the marketplace where available.
Role Definitions
- Seller: A farmer, foodstuff trader, small food business or other permitted seller listing foodstuff through AgroMath.
- Buyer: A person or business placing an order for products through AgroMath.
Account, PIN and OTP Use
- Users must provide a valid phone number.
- PIN or OTP steps may be required for login, verification and account recovery.
- Verification messages are user-initiated or service-triggered only.
- Sharing PIN or OTP codes is prohibited.
Acceptable Use
- No spam, phishing or unsolicited messaging.
- No illegal, prohibited or misleading product listings.
- No attempt to bypass telecom, payment, security or platform rules.
Marketplace and Handover Responsibilities
- Sellers: Provide accurate product, quantity, price and pickup or seller delivery information for permitted products.
- Buyers: Provide accurate order and delivery information, including saved delivery locations where used, and follow payment and issue-reporting steps shown in AgroMath.
- All participants: Follow order, pickup or seller delivery, payment, handover and issue-reporting steps shown in AgroMath.
Payment and Seller Payout
Where supported, payment proceeds through AgroMath's payment workflow. The buyer pays before the goods move, and the seller is paid after handover. AgroMath does not use this website to promise guaranteed delivery, guaranteed product quality, guaranteed refunds, instant payout or a specific dispute outcome.
Location Information
AgroMath may use saved delivery locations, pickup information, distance calculations and order status to coordinate orders. Location information is for order coordination and should not be treated as continuous live vehicle tracking unless AgroMath explicitly provides that feature for a specific workflow.
Limitation of Liability
AgroMath is provided "as is." We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party participants or infrastructure.
